Holiday Greetings!

It's that time of year to wish everyone Happy Holidays and thank our customers for their business and our employees for their loyalty and hard work, for without both, we wouldn't have a business... so thank you!

Everyone knows these are tough times in Southeast Michigan. As a result, Detroit Thermal, LLC truly offers a capital avoidance alternative to district energy heating.

When you consider the scarce money supply and high interest rates, it just makes sense to hook up to our steam system. Why spend your capital dollars on your own system when we have invested millions of dollars to deliver that very same service to your buildings in a safe, reliable and worry-free manner?

Our latest new customer, the old Pontchartrain Hotel, now the Detroit Riverside Hotel, faced that very same dilemma. When the General Manager, Christopher Ott, considered the alternatives, Detroit Thermal, LLC went to work and made the necessary connections and PRESTO... steam was delivered. Not only was Mr. Ott able to redirect capital dollars to other areas of his hotel, he was able to save money. Plus, because the hotel was very close to our piping system, Detroit Thermal, LLC (in exchange for a five year agreement) paid the connection fees... everyone wins!
